Services
Mahindra Travels & Services offers luxury car rentals, bus rentals, and traveler rentals for various travel needs, including personal, corporate, and event transportation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID and a valid driving license (where applicable) to book or use our services.
Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full or partial payment must be made in advance as per the booking policy mentioned on our website or communicated directly.
Prices may vary based on vehicle type, rental duration, location, and other factors.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a partial or full refund (subject to specific booking terms).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Usage Terms
The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period (except normal wear and tear).
Smoking, carrying illegal substances, and overloading beyond the vehicle’s capacity are strictly prohibited.
Driver Policy
We may provide a professional driver with certain vehicle bookings (especially buses and travelers).
Customers must respect and cooperate with the driver for a safe and smooth journey.
Liability
Mahindra Travels & Services is not liable for:
Any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during the use of our services.
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Insurance
All our vehicles are covered under commercial vehicle insurance policies as per applicable laws. However, customers are liable for any damage or accident not covered by insurance.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh.
